伸懶腰養生

人在疲倦時,伸個懶腰是挺舒服的。尤其是對伏案工作的人來說,伸懶腰更是一種非常有益的體育活動。人體健康狀況的重要指標之一,就是血液循環正常與否。因為,為人體各部分提供營養物質,並把廢物帶走的工作,都是由循環流動的血液完成的。伸個懶腰,會引起全身大部分肌肉的較強收縮,在持續幾秒鐘的伸懶腰動作中,很多瘀積的血液被趕回了心臟,就可以改善血液循環,與此同時,肌肉的收縮和舒張作用,亦能增進肌肉本身的血液流動,使肌肉內的廢物得以帶走,從而消除疲勞,振奮精神。此外,伸懶腰時人們總喜歡兩臂外展,出現擴胸運動,從而使人心曠神怡,開懷氣暢。

不能喝的五種開水

下列五種開水不宜飲用:
在爐灶上沸騰了很長時間,飲用水已經是溫吞水。
裝在熱水瓶裡已好幾天,成了不新鮮的溫開水。
經過多次反覆煮沸的殘留開水。
開水鍋爐中隔夜重煮和未重煮的開水。
蒸飯、蒸肉後的「下腳水」。
這幾種開水不適宜飲用的原因,簡單地說,反覆沸過的開水中,所含的鈣、鎂、氯、重金屬等微量成分增高了,會對人的腎臟產生不良影響。而溫吞水中亞硝酸鹽容易增多。

不要過量地食用水果

日本京都大學醫學部滕田一郎教授指出,過量地食用水果,會使體內積蓄大量維生素C,進而產生草酸。草酸與人體汗液混合排出,會損傷皮膚,使皮膚變得粗糙,嚴重者還會產生藥物過敏性皮炎。
對此,美國科學家也得出同樣的結論。
他們還認為,吃水果根據不同季節和不同病症加以選擇。


如秋、冬季,天氣乾燥,應選擇有利尿解熱作用的雪梨或有潤腸作用的香蕉、蘋果吃;長期咳嗽的人,應多吃些性寒味甘、有潤肺、消炎止咳功能的梨。腸胃消化不良、老年性心臟衰弱、冠心病和高血脂病患者,常吃山楂,大有裨益。

不要過量地吃雞蛋

雞蛋富含營養物質,是一種男女老少咸宜的滋補品。雞蛋的吃法很多,但以下面兩種食用方法為佳:一是將蛋拌在湯內,或用滾開水沖服,這樣有利於消化吸收;二是煎荷包蛋並加適量白糖,這樣營養效果最顯著。有人覺得雞蛋營養豐富,因此主張多吃,以為攝取的雞蛋越多,增加的營養物質就越豐富。其實,這完全是個誤解。據測定,按人體對蛋白質的需要量,每天吃1~2個雞蛋就足夠了。

不要忘記吃飯前先喝一碗湯

人們已發現,在吃飯前,先喝點熱湯,對控制體重的增加是有好處的。美國學者以一千個肥胖者作對象,進行調查。結果顯示,飯前先喝熱湯的人,每餐攝取的熱量,往往要少55卡。
一般說來,吃飯快的人,容易發胖。這是因為大腦的食慾中樞接受「已吃飽」的信號需要一定的時間。這時,吃飯快的人已經吃下了過量的食物。但如果飯前喝一碗湯,則可減少飯量,從而防止發胖。

不要以為喝水沒有最佳時間

一般說來,我們平均每天最少要喝1500㏄水。除了患有特殊疾病(例如心臟機能或腎臟機能不足)的人之外,我們喝的水一般都顯得不夠,特別是家裡或工作場所太暖或開了冷氣機而致空氣乾燥的時候。我們最好在三餐之間和用餐時常常喝水,不過每次不要喝得太多。

不要以為早餐吃得飽就行了

有人說:「早餐吃得飽,午餐吃得好,晚餐吃得少」,認為「早餐吃得飽」就行了,其實不然。早餐是一天當中最重要的一頓飯。一頓好的、高蛋白的早餐可以使血糖能在較長的時間裡保持正常的水平。早飯除有熱飲料如咖啡或茶外,還應有穀類食品(燕麥做的食品),動物蛋白質(牛奶、酸牛奶、雞蛋),水果或果汁,以及含有少量的脂肪和糖的食品。所以說,早餐不僅要吃得飽,而且要吃得好。
美國芝加哥大學的研究表明,吃完高蛋白的早飯以後,血糖在15分鐘內由空腹時的70~80毫克,上升到140~150毫克(正常血糖水平在80~120毫克之間)。值得一提的是,賦予我們生命活力的能量來源,就是正常或高於正常水平的血壓。

別以為淋浴的功能僅在於衛生

淋浴對人體有利,因為噴水的蓮蓬頭事一個很好的陰離子發生器。當蓮蓬頭噴射細水流時,會在空氣中產生大量的陰離子。陰離子是一種特殊的維生素,可以促進人們的新陳代謝,有利於機體生長、發育和排泄廢物,提高人體免疫力,有降低血壓、鎮咳、消除疲勞、催眠等作用。因此,人們在淋浴時會感到很舒服。

不要將開水燒了又燒

有的家庭為了節省燃料,常將溫開水再燒開,這是不符合飲水衛生的。實驗證明,水經過反覆燒開,會使水裡的硝酸鹽物質,變成有毒的亞硝酸鹽它會使人體中的血紅蛋白變為亞硝基血紅蛋白,使之失去帶氧氣的能力。喝一定量含這種物質的水,會使人在十幾分鐘或一至三小時後,發生亞硝酸鹽中毒,出現組織缺氧、心慌、氣短、口唇和指甲,甚至全身皮膚紫紺,並有頭暈、頭痛、嗜睡或煩躁不安、呼吸急促、血壓下降等症狀,對人體健康影響很大。同時,亞硝酸鹽進入人體後,在胃酸的作用下,還會生成一種有毒性的亞硝氨。

喝水養生法

近年來,日本學者對晨起喝一杯涼開水(即把一杯普通的水燒開後,蓋上杯蓋冷卻到室溫攝氏25-30度)又重做了研究,認為人在經過一夜的睡眠後,胃腸道已經排空,飲下這種活性水之後,能很快的被吸收進血液循環,稀釋血液,從而對體內各器官組織進行一次「內洗滌」,增強了肝臟的解毒能力和腎臟的排泄能力,促進新陳代謝,加強免疫功能,對防治腎炎、腎結石、尿路感染都具一定療效,故泌尿科醫生常說:「保護腎臟多喝水。」另外,藉著血液稀釋和擴張血管有利於降低血壓,預防腦溢血和心肌梗塞。

葡萄酒的妙用

1. 適量飲用葡萄酒可減少心臟病猝發的危險性,也能調養心血管系統疾病。每次服酒量不宜過多,每次服用25~50克即可,每天服一~二次。
2. 白葡萄酒味甜略帶酸味,飲後刺激胃液、膽汁分泌,善解油腥,對魚肉等油膩飲食尤佳。
3. 葡萄酒除含有糖分、氨基酸外,尚含豐富的維生素B12B1B2及維生素C,故對貧血有一定療效。
4. 葡萄酒還能治療流行性感冒,服用方法,每次取紅葡萄酒30-90克,稍加溫服之。每天2-3次。

茶可防治高血壓

茶葉中的兒茶素和維生素CP,有增強血管的柔嫩性、降低血中膽固醇、防止脂肪在肝臟積累和防治動脈硬化的作用,故能治療高血壓、冠心病、心功能不全和脂肪肝。
飲用法:一般每次用綠茶1-2克,乾山楂片5克,泡茶喝,每天1-2次,經常服用。

不要長時間地煮沸咖啡

人們喜愛喝咖啡,是因為它味道芳香可口,並能使神精系統興奮。
為了使其香味不變,咖啡不宜長時間地煮沸。這是因為蒸汽泡會攜帶部分芳香物質,並聚集在咖啡表面,形成泡沫,而咖啡香味取決泡沫的密度。燒開後的咖啡繼續沸煮,會導致泡沫被破壞,使芳香物質隨蒸汽跑掉。最好是在咖啡燒好後馬上飲用,因為放涼了泡沫也會遭到破壞。

別忘記看完電視後再次洗臉

電視機開啟後,機內電子流對螢光屏不斷轟擊,螢光屏表面會產生靜電荷。靜電荷對螢光屏周圍含有大量微生物和粒子的灰塵有吸引作用。離螢光屏太近會看電視過久,這些灰塵會附著在人的皮膚上導致皮膚病(常出現面部斑疹),因此看電視時不能離螢光屏太近,看電視時間也不宜長,看完後最好用溫水洗臉。

不要老是乘車不走路

日本科學家發現一個有趣定律,糖尿病發病率隨著小汽車數量的增加而升高。經常乘車的人容易發胖,肥胖不僅能誘發糖尿病,而且會使病情加重。這一情況在日本發生能源危機時又一次從反面得到證明:一些在此期間不得不步行的糖尿病患者,看病的次數明顯減少了。

It's long but very informative


We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it & just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as u think. It's important to know how & when to eat.


What is the correct way of eating fruits?


IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER UR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTYSTOMACH.


If u eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify ur system, supplying u with a great deal of energy for weight loss & other life activities.


FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say u eat two slices of bread & then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented fr doing so.


In the meantime the whole meal rots & ferments & turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach & digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....


So pls eat ur fruits on an empty stomach or before ur meals! U hve heard pplecomplaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if u eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food & produces gas & hence u will bloat!


Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, & dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if u take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange & lemon are acidic, b/c all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If u hve mastered the correct way of eating fruits, u hve the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness & normal weight.


When u need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT fr the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits b/c u don't get the nutrients at all. U only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.


But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If u should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, b/c u must let it mix with ur saliva before swallowing it. U can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse ur body. Just eat fruits & drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days & u will be surprised when ur friends tell u how radiant u look!


KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.


STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries hve the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body fr cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.


ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.


WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher.. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.


GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for ur eyes.


Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to u. It is nice to hve a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that u hve just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down & be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats & lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line..u may never hve the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack . Nausea & intense sweating are also common symptoms.. 60% of ppl who hve a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake u fr a sound sleep. Let's be careful & be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive...

很多人都听
说过早晨喝一杯水对身体有好处,有人喝盐水?有人喝蜂蜜水?还有人为了美白喝柠檬水?到底喝什么水最好呢?人体经过了一宿的代谢,体内的垃圾需要一个强有力的外作用帮助排泄,没有任何糖分和营养物质的凉白开是最好的!如果是糖水或放入营养物质的水,这就需要时间在体内转化,不能起到迅速冲刷我们的机体的作用。所以,清晨一杯清澈的白水是排毒妙方。


感冒

每到感冒的

便秘的成因简单地讲有两条:一个是体内宿便没有水分,二是肠道等器官没有了排泄力。前者需要查清病因,日常多饮水。后者的临时处方是:大口大口地喝上几口水,吞咽动作快一些,这样,水能够尽快地到达结肠,刺激肠蠕动,促进排便。记住,不要小口小口地喝,那样水流速度慢,水很容易在胃里被吸收,产生小便。



恶心

现恶心的情况很复杂。有时候是对于吃了不良食物的一种保护性反应,遇到这样的情况,不要害怕呕吐,因为吐出脏东西可以让体舒服很多。如果感到特别难以吐出,可以利用淡盐水催吐,准备一杯淡盐水放在手边,喝上几大口,促使污物吐出。吐干净以后,可以用盐水漱口,起到简单地消炎的作用。另外,治疗严重呕吐后的脱水的情况,淡盐水也是很好的补充水液,可以缓解患者虚弱的状态。


发热

Dr Palaniappan said his 33 years of research had shown that high acidity in the body resulted in loss of immunity, thus making people more susceptible to viral diseases like Influenza A (H1N1).

Hence, to prevent acidity, it was essential to consume alkaline food and drinks that could neutralise excess acid in the body.

Dr Palaniappan recommends
coconut water, which is alkaline, and therefore could be used as a herbal medicine for the prevention of H1N1.

For example, he said, those who felt feverish and developed a burning sensation while attending to a call of nature because of extreme acidity, could neutralise it by
drinking coconut water, twice a day, for three days.

He also recommended orange, lemon and pomelo which, despite containing citric acid, were very rich in potassium and therefore, would not disturb the body's immunity.

According to Dr Palaniappan, excessive physical activity like running a marathon should be avoided as it produced acid due to excessive metabolic activity.

Similarly, he said, keeping late nights without adequate sleep and working without proper rest could also increase the body's acidity which in turn, lowered immunity and made the body vulnerable to viral attacks.

HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?

Put about 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed
room with an Open window.


Then send 2 or 3 candidates in
The room and close the door.

Leave them alone and come back
After 6 hours and then analyze
The situation.

If they are counting the
Bricks.
Put them in the accounts
Department
.

If they are recounting them..
Put them in auditing ..

If they have messed up the
Whole place with the bricks.
Put them in engineering .

If they are arranging the
bricks in some strange order.
Put them in planning .

If they are throwing the
bricks at each other.
Put them in operations .

If they are sleeping.
Put them in security .

If they have broken the bricks into pieces.
Put them in information Technology .

If they are sitting idle.
Put them in human resources .

If they say they have tried different combinations,
yet not a brick has been moved.
Put them in sales.

If they have already left for the day.

If they are staring out of the Window.

And then last but not least.

If they are talking to each other
and not a single brick has been moved…
